Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger capable of preventing the trouble of being unable to start power supply to a storage battery at charging start time.SOLUTION: A connector state determination unit 194 has a relay 130, i.e. a communication start switch, perform closing operation after determination of charging start time and before the charging start time, and performs a state determination process of, on one hand determining that a connector 210 is in a connected state if communication data is received from an electric vehicle 300 after the closing operation, and on the other hand determining that the connector 210 is an unconnected state if communication data is not received. A display unit 160, i.e. a notification unit, gives notice if the connector state determination unit 194 determines that the connector 210 is in the unconnected state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】充電開始時刻に蓄電池への電力供給を開始できない不具合を防止可能な充電器を提供する。【解決手段】コネクタ状態判定部194は、充電開始時刻の決定後且つ充電開始時刻前に、通信開始スイッチであるリレー130に閉動作させるとともに、該閉動作後に電動車両300から通信データを受信した場合はコネクタ210が接続状態にあると判定する一方で、通信データを受信しなかった場合はコネクタ210が非接続状態にあると判定する状態判定処理を実行する。報知部である表示部160は、コネクタ状態判定部194によりコネクタ210が非接続状態にあると判定された場合に報知を行う。【選択図】図1 |
