Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional manufacturing method for a rotor, in that, if a manufacturing facility stops due to emergency, a rotor being assembled would be highly possibly wasted and in that mixing of a main agent and a curable agent may not be sufficient.SOLUTION: In a lamination process for rotor steel plates P, the first liquid F1 and second liquid F2 of two-liquid curable adhesive are supplied to the rotor steel plates P in the same layer or different layers such that these liquids are separate from each other. After the magnet M is inserted into slots S1, S2, the first liquid F1 and second liquid F2 are caused to flow into the slots S1, S2 as pressure is applied to the rotor steel plates P. By fixing the magnet M in the slots S1, S2, wastes resulting from emergency stop of a manufacturing facility is reduced. The first liquid F1 and second liquid F2 are brought into contact with each other at many points, thus improving mixing of and bonding strength of both the liquids.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】従来のロータの製造方法では、製造設備が緊急停止した場合に、組立中のロータを廃却品にせざるを得なくなる可能性が高く、主剤と硬化剤の混合が充分であるとは言い難いなどの課題であった。【解決手段】ロータ鋼板Pの積層工程において、同層又は異層のロータ鋼板Pに、2液硬化型接着剤の第1液F1及び第2液F2を互いに離間する配置で供給し、スロットS1,S2に磁石Mを挿入した後、ロータ鋼板Pを加圧するのに伴って第1液F1及び第2液F2をスロットS1,S2内に流出させて混合し、スロットS1,S2内に磁石Mを固着させることにより、製造設備の緊急停止を起因とする廃却品を低減し、第1液F1及び第2液F2の接触を多数箇所で行って、双方の混合性や接着強度の向上を実現した。【選択図】図2
