Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate parameter setting for an application server to appropriately provide a service.SOLUTION: An application server 10, which processes a request from a terminal, transmits to a management server 50 a request limitation signal which includes the IP address of the application server 10 and the address of a terminal 20 which currently accesses the application server 10 if a processing load becomes a predetermined threshold or higher.
