Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board in which a short circuit between through-hole conductors is hard to be generated.SOLUTION: A glass cloth 21 is formed by being woven so that a warp thread 21h and a weft thread 21v formed by bundling glass fiber become orthogonal to each other. An open hole 28 forming a through-hole is arranged at an angle of θ1:30° to 45°against the lengthwise direction Yd and the lateral direction Xd of this glass fiber in a matrix shape. Even if through-holes adjacent to each other are arranged at a fine pitch, a distance along the glass fiber is long, so that short-circuit is hard to be generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】 スルーホール導体間の短絡が生じ難いプリント配線板の提供。
