PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that can control an image forming apparatus equally as with a conventional V3 driver, even if the information processing apparatus has a V4 driver installed therein, which cannot include a unique language monitor.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 101 having an OS mounted therein and creating a print job from print data received from an application 102 with the OS comprises a virtual device service 106 that is connected with a printer via a port of the information processing apparatus.
