PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment operation analysis device which compares and outputs both an operation schedule drawing which reflects each of actuator drive time zones on the basis of an operation state and an operation time at each actuator on the basis of an inputted operation schedule, and an execution operation state drawing which reflects an actuator drive time zone when the actuator is driven.SOLUTION: In an equipment operation analysis device 1, an operation schedule drawing creation part 13 creates an operation schedule drawing 131 which reflects an actuator drive time zone on the basis of an operation state and an operation time of each actuator which are inputted to an input part 11, and an execution operation state drawing creation part 14 refers to an operation command address and an operation confirmation address at each actuator which are inputted to the input part 11, and creates an execution operation state drawing 141 which reflects the actuator drive time zone corresponding to the operation time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】入力された動作計画に基づき、アクチュエータごとの動作状態及び動作時間を基に、各アクチュエータ駆動時間帯を反映させた動作計画図と、アクチュエータを駆動させた場合のアクチュエータ駆動時間帯を反映させた実行動作状態図と、の両方を比較出力する設備動作解析装置を提供すること。【解決手段】動作計画図作成部１３は、入力部１１に入力されたアクチュエータごとの動作状態及び動作時間を基にアクチュエータ駆動時間帯を反映した動作計画図１３１を作成し、実行動作状態図作成部１４は、入力部１１に入力されたアクチュエータごとの動作指令アドレス及び動作確認アドレスを参照し、動作時間に応じたアクチュエータ駆動時間帯を反映させた実行動作状態図１４１を作成する設備動作解析装置１である。【選択図】図１
