Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld nut which prevents deterioration in weldability caused by a hardness difference from a base material and by an AI-Si coating layer formed on the surface of the base material when welding to a hot stamping molded article of high tensile steel.SOLUTION: A weld nut welded through a nut insertion hole formed in a base material, comprises a nut body forming an appearance, an insertion part that is integrally formed protruding from a surface of the nut body and is inserted into the nut insertion hole, and a bolt fastening hole that is formed extending through the center of the nut body together with the insertion part. The insertion part is protrudingly formed on the surface of the nut body to have a thickness thinner than a thickness of the base material and is formed in a polygonal shape including a circle. In the insertion part, an outer peripheral surface of protruded one end is rounded along a circumferential direction, and the other end connected to the nut body is formed to slant from the one end toward the outside of the nut body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ホットスタンピング成形された高張力鋼の成形品に溶接時に、母材との硬度差及び母材の表面に形成されたAl−Siコーティング層による溶接性の低下を防止するウエルドナットを提供する。【解決手段】 母材に形成されるナット挿入ホールを通じて溶接されるウエルドナットにおいて、外形を形成するナット本体と、前記ナット本体の一面から一体に突出形成されて前記ナット挿入ホールに挿入される挿入部と、前記挿入部と共に前記ナット本体の中央を貫いて形成されるボルト締結ホールと、を含み、前記挿入部は、前記ナット本体の一面で前記母材の厚さより薄い厚さに突出形成され、円形を含む多角形状に形成され、突出した一端の外周面が円周方向に沿ってラウンドに形成され、前記ナット本体と連結する他端は、一端から前記ナット本体の外側に向かって傾くように形成されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図3 |
