Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device capable of realizing miniaturization and implementing temperature feedback without using a fuel temperature sensor.SOLUTION: An electronic control device includes a heater driving circuit having a first switching element for switching on/off energization to a heater from a first power source, and a state detection circuit having a second switching element disposed between a second power source and the heater and connected in parallel with the first switching element, and a current detection resistance connected to the second switching element in series. Further the electronic control device includes a voltage detection portion for detecting both end voltages of the heater, a current detection portion for detecting a current value of electric current flowing in the current detection resistance, and a control portion for controlling on/off of the switching element. The control portion controls the second switching element to be switched on in a period when the first switching element is switched off, and estimates a temperature of the heater on the basis of the end voltages of the heater and the electric current flowing to the current detection resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】小型化を実現しつつ燃料温度センサを用いることなく温度フィードバックが可能な電子制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】電子制御装置は、第1の電源からヒータへの通電をオンオフする第1スイッチング素子を有するヒータ駆動回路と、第2の電源とヒータとの間に介在し第1スイッチング素子と並列に接続された第2スイッチング素子と、第2スイッチング素子に直列に接続された電流検出抵抗と、を有する状態検出回路とを備える。また、ヒータの両端電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、電流検出抵抗に流れる電流の電流値を検出する電流検出部と、スイッチング素子のオンオフを制御する制御部とを備える。そして、制御部は、第1スイッチング素子がオフされた期間において、第2スイッチング素子をオンするよう制御し、ヒータの両端電圧および電流検出抵抗に流れる電流に基づいて、ヒータの温度を推定する。【選択図】図1
