Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing molecular weight of an organic material capable of providing a modified article with high quality and high calory by effectively reducing molecular weight of the organic material, capable of stable operation without generating obstruction trouble or gas leakage in a supply system of the organic material without reduction of calorie of a product gas and reduction of gas yield.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for reducing molecular weight by contacting a mixed gas (g) obtained by a shift reaction of carbon monoxide-containing gas (g) and steam with an organic material in a reactor for reducing molecular weight 2 and modifying the organic material, where a part of the mixed gas (g) is used as a carrier gas or a seal gas of a fixed amount charging device when the organic material molded to granular is charged into the reactor for reducing molecular weight 2 by blowing the carrier gas or dropping charging from the fixed amount charging device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】有機物質を効率的に低分子化して高品質、高カロリーの改質物を得ることができるとともに、有機物質の供給系での閉塞トラブルやガス漏洩を生じることなく安定した操業が可能であり、且つ生成ガスの熱量低下やガス収率の低下が生じない有機物質の低分子化方法を提供する。【解決手段】一酸化炭素含有ガス(g0)と水蒸気とのシフト反応により得られた混合ガス(g)を低分子化反応器2において有機物質に接触させ、有機物質を改質して低分子化する方法であって、粒状に成形された有機物質を、搬送ガスによる吹き込みまたは定量装入装置からの落下装入により低分子化反応器2内に投入する際に、混合ガス(g)の一部を前記搬送ガスまたは前記定量装入装置のシールガスとして用いる。【選択図】図1 |
