Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell sorting apparatus capable of sorting target cells more reliably and more efficiently.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a cell sorting apparatus comprising: a substrate; a flow path 12 having a cell-sorting region 13 having one surface being opened as an open surface through which a liquid containing a cell line 16 of cells 15 aligned one by one in the direction of flow flows from the upstream to the downstream; a first pressure wave-imparting mechanism for imparting a pressure wave 20 to the liquid 14 in the cell-sorting region 13 in the direction from the opposite side of the opening surface to the opening surface to separate a first target cell 15a from the cell line 16 and move the same toward the open surface; and a first liquid collection tank 24 disposed on the open surface side of the cell sorting region 13 and receiving droplets of the liquid containing the first target cells 15a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】より確実に、より効率よく標的細胞を分取することが可能な細胞分取装置を提供する。【解決手段】基板と、前記基板に形成され、流れ方向に沿って細胞15が1つずつ並んだ細胞列16を含む液体が上流から下流に向けて流通し、一面が開放した開放面を備えた細胞分取領域13を有する流路12と、前記細胞分取領域13の前記液体14に、前記開放面の逆側から前記開放面に向けた圧力波20を与え、第1の標的細胞15aを前記細胞列16から分離して前記開放面に向けて移動させる第1の圧力波付与機構と、前記細胞分取領域13の前記開放面側に配置され、前記第1の標的細胞15aを含む液滴を受け取る第1の収液槽24とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
