PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of effectively suppressing a common mode noise without increasing a size of a noise filter and increasing a cost by separately providing a noise countermeasure component such as a common mode choke.SOLUTION: The power conversion device suppresses potential on a positive side of a smooth capacitor 108 based on a ground as a reference and potential fluctuation on a negative side of the smooth capacitor 108 based on the ground as a reference by providing a potential fluctuation suppression diode 107 between a switching circuit 104 and the smooth capacitor 108 to reduce a common mode current.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】コモンモードチョークなどのノイズ対策部品を別途設けて、ノイズフィルタの大型化やコストの増加をさせずに、効果的にコモンモードノイズ抑制可能な電力変換装置を提供する。【解決手段】スイッチング回路１０４と平滑コンデンサ１０８との間に、電位変動抑制ダイオード１０７を設けることで、グランドを基準とした平滑コンデンサ１０８の正側の電位と、グランドを基準とした平滑コンデンサ１０８の負側の電位変動を抑制し、コモンモード電流を低減する。【選択図】図３
