Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic/electric device which can decrease a radiation noise generated from the electronic/electric device including an arrangement of a semiconductor element, a heat sink, and a frame, and can further increase a cooling performance.SOLUTION: In an electronic/electric device, a fin part of a heat sink 20 and a frame 30 are brought into contact with a noise reduction conductor 40 to be electrically conducted so as to suppress occurrence of undesired resonance. A fin at a position farthest from a semiconductor element 10 is lengthened to directly contact with the frame 30, thereby reducing noise and relatively shortening fins in the vicinity of the semiconductor element 10 to guide fresh air (cool air ) as a coolant to pass through smoothly so as to improve a cooling performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】半導体素子、ヒートシンク、筐体の配置を含む電子電気機器から発生する放射ノイズを低減するとともに冷却性能をさらに向上させ得る電子電気機器を提供する。【解決手段】ヒートシンク20のフィン部と筐体30を、ノイズ低減用導体40に接触させることで電気的に導通させ、非所望の共振の発生を抑制する。すなわち、半導体素子10と最も離れたフィンを長くして筐体30と直接接触させることにより、ノイズを低減させるとともに、半導体素子10付近のフィンは相対的にフィンが短くなり、冷媒となる外気(冷気)が通りやすくなるようにガイドするため、冷却性能を向上させることができる。【選択図】図1
