Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument having excellent responsiveness and is smoothly operable by minimizing members interposed between a shaft to a touch pen such that capacitance to be supplied to the touch pen is conducted to the touch pen as much as possible without being reduced.SOLUTION: A writing instrument 10 mounted with a touch pen 40 has a configuration in which a shaft cylinder 20 is integrally formed from a conductive material and has a side surface provided with two slits 24 opposing each other with a shaft core therebetween, the slits being formed along a longitudinal direction of the shaft cylinder 20, and the touch pen 40 includes a slide knock member 50 directly mounted on a side of another end of the shaft cylinder 20 and intervening in the projection/retraction of a writing tip 61. The slide knock member 50 includes a slide projection 51 that slides along one of the slits 24 and a release projection 52 that slides along the other one of the slits 24. The release projection 52 is configured to protrude from the other slit 24 resulting from the slide of slide projection 51 to the writing tip side of the shaft cylinder 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】軸からタッチペンまでの間に介在する部材を最小限とし、タッチペンへ供給される静電容量を減衰させることなく、より多くタッチペンへ導電を行うことで反応性に富み、スムーズな操作が可能な筆記具を提供する。【解決手段】タッチペン40が装着された筆記具10において、軸筒20は導電性材質により一体成形され、前記軸筒20の側面には、軸心を挟んで対向した2つのスリット24が該軸筒20の長手方向に沿って形成され、前記タッチペン40は直接、前記軸筒20の他端側に装着され、筆記先端61の出没に関与するスライドノック部材50を備えており、前記スライドノック部材50は、前記スリット24の一方に沿って摺動するスライド突起51と、前記スリット24の他方に沿って摺動する解除突起52とを備え、前記スライド突起51が前記軸筒20の前方に摺動されることに起因して、前記スリット24のうちの他方から前記解除突起52が突出する。【選択図】図6
