Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing resin particles, which contain a composite polymer formed by a chemical bond of a crystalline polymer and an amorphous polymer and have a small degree of suppression in deformation in heating without impairing granulation properties, for instance, through an aqueous medium heterogeneous polymerization such as suspension polymerization.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a resin composition which forms the resin composition by radical polymerization from a polymerizable composition containing a crystalline polymer, a radical polymerizable monomer, and a chain transfer agent, where the crystalline polymer is a radically polymerizable polymer having a radical polymerizable functional group, the radically polymerizable functional group is selected from an acryloyl group, a methacryloyl group and a styryl group, and the chain transfer agent is a low molecular chain transfer agent having a number average molecular weight of less than 1,000.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 結晶性ポリマーと非結晶性ポリマーが化学結合して成る複合ポリマーを含有し、且つ、加熱時変形の抑制度合いが小さい樹脂粒子を、例えば、懸濁重合のような水系媒体不均一系重合によって造粒性を損なわずに製造するための方法を提供する。【解決手段】 結晶性ポリマーとラジカル重合性モノマーと連鎖移動剤を含有する重合性組成物から、ラジカル重合によって樹脂組成物を形成させることを特徴とする樹脂組成物の製造方法であって、前記結晶性ポリマーがラジカル重合性の官能基を有するラジカル重合性ポリマーであり、前記ラジカル重合性の官能基が、アクリロイル基、メタクリロイル基、スチリル基から選ばれ、前記連鎖移動剤が数平均分子量1000未満の低分子連鎖移動剤であることを特徴とする樹脂組成物の製造方法。【選択図】 なし
