Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which aligns a cut pasty food material in a cut process of the pasty food material while suppressing displacement of the cut pasty food material in a conveyance direction and in a width direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction in a conveyance process immediately after the pasty food material is cut.SOLUTION: An aligning method of a pasty food material includes: an extrusion process of extruding a pasty food material; a cut process of cutting the pasty food material extruded in the extrusion process; a reception process of receiving a cut material MC1 cut in the cut process; and a send-out process of adjusting a drop position of the cut material received in the reception process to a conveyance member 30. The reception process restricts stick-out of the cut material which comprises the pasty food material cut in the cut process and which starts dropping in a width direction of the conveyance member. The send-out process sends out the cut material after restriction of stick-out to the conveyance member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】練り状食品材料の切断工程にて、練り状食品材料が切断された直後の搬送工程において、切断された練り状食品材料の搬送方向および搬送方向と直角な幅方向のずれを抑制して整列させる技術を提供する。【解決手段】練り状食品材料を押し出す押し出し工程と、その押し出し工程にて押し出された練り状食品材料を切断する切断工程と、その切断工程にて切断された被切断材料MC1を受け止める受け止め工程と、その受け止め工程にて受け止めた被切断材料の搬送部材30への落下位置を調整するための送り出し工程と、を備えた練り状食品材料の整列方法とする。受け止め工程は、練り状食品材料が切断工程にて切断されて落下を開始した被切断材料に対して、搬送部材の幅方向へのはみ出しを規制し、送り出し工程は、はみ出しを規制した後の被切断材料を搬送部材へ送り出す。【選択図】図1
