PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correction device that suppresses deterioration in image quality of a photographed image with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An image blur correction device 200 includes: a movable member 202 for holding a correction lens 101b; and a first drive part 300A and a second drive part 400A that make the movable member 202 move in directions orthogonal to each other in a plane orthogonal to an optical axis. The first drive part 300A has a first oscillator unit 300 and a first slider 206 fixed to the movable member 202. The second drive part 400A has a second oscillator unit 400 and a second slider 207 fixed to the movable member 202.
