Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a portable terminal existence region providing system capable of estimating a region in which a portable terminal and the like is currently located with good accuracy by using reception intensity of a received beacon signal irrespective of the number of access points and the degree of the reception intensity of the beacon signal, without performing complex geometric calculation processing.SOLUTION: A portable terminal existence region providing system is constituted by a plurality of access points APk indoors, a portable terminal 10 and a server 100 of a service center. The server 100 acquires a portable terminal existence high probability region SRk in which the portable terminal 10 currently exists by using AP reception intensity AEk even when the AP reception intensity AEk of AP identification information APCk from the access point APk from the portable terminal 10 is equal to or less than a reference value level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】アクセスポイントの数およびビーコン信号の受信強度に強弱にかかわらず、この受信したビーコン信号の受信強度を用いて携帯端末等が現在位置している領域を複雑な幾何演算処理を行わなくとも精度良く推定することができる携帯端末存在領域提供システムを得る。【解決手段】屋内の複数のアクセスポイントAPkと、携帯端末10と、サービスセンターのサーバ100とで構成され、このサーバ100が前記携帯端末10からの前記アクセスポイントAPkからのAP識別情報APCkのAP受信強度AEkが基準値レベル以下であってもこのAP受信強度AEkを用いて携帯端末10が現在存在している携帯端末存在高確率領域SRkを得る。【選択図】図1
