Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic valve which shortens length of atomization while minimizing flow rate and can secure strength of a tip of a nozzle.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic valve includes a valve body 114, a seat part 4 on which the valve body 114 is seated and a fastening valve 116 which is provided on the downstream side of the valve body 114 and is formed of a plurality of ejection holes 117. A downstream side tip part 116a of the fastening valve 116 is formed such that a thickness increases toward the inner circumferential side from the outer circumferential side on an axial direction cross-section which passes through a center axis C of the valve body 114. An axial direction length L of the plurality of ejection holes 117 are formed so as to be longer than a thickness dmax of a portion of which the thickness gets to largest on a downstream side tip part 116a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】小流量化しながら噴霧の長さを短くするとともにノズルの先端の強度を確保することができる電磁式弁を提供する。【解決手段】電磁弁は、弁体114と、弁体114が着座するシート部4と、弁体114の下流側に設けられ、複数の噴射孔117が形成される固定弁116を備える。固定弁116の下流側先端部116aは、弁体114の中心軸Cを通る軸方向断面において外周側から内周側に向かって厚みが増加するように形成される。複数の噴射孔117の軸方向長さLは、下流側先端部116aにおいて最も厚みが大きくなる部位の厚みdmaxよりも長くなるように形成される。【選択図】図1 |
