Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excavate a circular hole for a foundation pile by a horizontal multi-spindle type excavator capable of efficiently crushing a cobblestone in a proper size.SOLUTION: A horizontal multi-spindle type excavator for oppositely arranging an excavation drum 2, is formed in a circular arc 21 on the outer peripheral edge in a cross section of including a rotary shaft of the excavation drum, and vertically excavates up to the predetermined depth, and excavates a circular hole by excavating an unexcavated part 7 orthogonally to the initial direction by rotating the direction by 90 degrees by pulling up the excavation drum 2. Even when meeting with a gravel layer and a boulder layer in the middle of excavation, these can be crushed by the oppositely arranged excavation drum 2, and excavation is temporarily stopped by an appearance of a boulder, and the circular hole can be efficiently excavated without crushing-removing the boulder by separate means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】玉石等を適宜の大きさに効率的に破砕することが可能な水平多軸型掘削機によって基礎杭等のための円形の穴を掘削できるようにする。【解決手段】掘削ドラム2を対向配置した水平多軸型掘削機であって、掘削ドラムの回転軸を含む断面において外周縁を円弧21としたものであり、所定の深さまで鉛直に掘削し、掘削ドラム2を引き上げて方向を90度回転させて当初の向きに対して直交させ、未掘削部分7を掘削して円形の穴を掘削する。掘削途中に礫層や玉石層に遭遇しても、対向配置した掘削ドラム2でそれらを破砕することが可能であり、玉石の出現によって掘削を一時停止して別途の手段によって玉石を破砕除去することなく効率よく円形の穴を掘削することができる。【選択図】図1 |
