Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a sealing agent having low contamination property at the time of contact with an electrolytic solution, particularly a sealing agent suitable for dripping process; and a photoelectric conversion element sealed by using said sealing agent.SOLUTION: Provided is an electrolytic solution sealing agent comprising a resin composition characterized in containing a cyanate ester resin (A), an epoxy resin (B) and a latent curing agent (C). The electrolytic solution The latent curing agent (C) preferably contains a modified amine having 1 or more amino group having an active hydrogen within a molecule (a) obtained by reacting a polyamine compound (a-1) and an epoxy compound (a-2), and a phenolic resin (b). It is preferable that the polyamine compound (a-1) is a polyether polyamine compound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電解液との接触時に汚染性が低い封止剤、特に滴下工法に適した封止剤および該封止剤を用いて封止した光電変換素子を提供すること。【解決手段】(A)シアン酸エステル樹脂、(B)エポキシ樹脂及び(C)潜在性硬化剤を含有することを特徴とする樹脂組成物からなる電解液封止剤。電解液封止剤は、(C)潜在性硬化剤が、(a−1)ポリアミン化合物および(a−2)エポキシ化合物を反応させてなる(a)分子内に活性水素を持つアミノ基を1個以上有する変性アミンと、(b)フェノール系樹脂とを含有していることが好ましい。(a−1)ポリアミン化合物はポリエーテルポリアミン化合物であることが好ましい。【選択図】図1
