Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely buckle a pair of webs outward when crushing processing is performed at end parts of door beam made of an aluminum alloy extruded material.SOLUTION: A door beam comprises: an inner flange 2; an outer flange 1; and an aluminum alloy extruded material including a pair of webs 3, 4 connecting the inner flange and the outer flange, wherein crushing processing is performed at end parts in a height direction of webs 3, 4 so that the webs 3, 4 are buckled outward. In a cross section of the door beam before the crushing processing, the outer flange 1 is curved in a recessed shape with a predetermined curvature toward an outer side. The crushing processing causes the outer flange 1 to reduce its curvature or to be flat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】アルミニウム合金押出形材からなるドアビームの端部に潰し加工を施す場合に、一対のウエブを確実に外側に座屈させる。【解決手段】インナーフランジ2及びアウターフランジ1と、これらを連結する一対のウエブ3,4を有するアルミニウム合金押出形材からなり、端部がウエブ3,4の高さ方向に潰し加工され、ウエブ3,4が外側に座屈したドアビーム。潰し加工前のドアビームの断面は、アウターフランジ1がアウター側に所定の曲率で凸湾曲している。潰し加工により、アウターフランジ1は曲率が低下し又は平坦化される。【選択図】図1
