Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate using a laminate film excellent in gas barrier property and laminate strength, less in reduction of gas barrier property and hardly generating delamination even after a retort treatment.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate manufactured by arranging a heat sealing resin layer on an inorganic thin film layer of a laminate film having a coating layer containing an acrylic resin and a resin having an oxazoline group arranged on at least one surface of a plastic substrate film and further the inorganic thin film layer arranged on the coated layer, where carboxyl group amount [mmol] to oxazoline group amount [mmol] in the resin composition constituting the coated layer is 20 mmol% or less and change rate of surface roughness Ra before and after a retort treatment fixing circumference of the laminate film by a metal flask and holding the same in compression heated water at a temperature of 130°C for 30 minutes is 1 to 18%, via or without other layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 レトルト処理後であっても、ガスバリア性の低下が少なく層間剥離が生じにくい、ガスバリア性およびラミネート強度に優れた積層フィルムを使用した積層体を提供する。【解決手段】 プラスチック基材フィルムの少なくとも片面に、アクリル樹脂を含むとともにオキサゾリン基を有する樹脂をも含む被覆層が設けられ、さらに前記被覆層上に無機薄膜層が設けられて成る積層フィルムであり、前記被覆層を構成する樹脂組成物中のオキサゾリン基量[mmol]に対するカルボキシル基量[mmol]が20mmol%以下になっており、前記積層フィルムの周囲を金枠で固定して、温度130℃の加圧加熱水中に保持するレトルト処理を30分施した前後の表面粗さRaの変化率が1〜18%であることを特徴とする前記積層フィルムの前記無機薄膜層上に、他の層を介してあるいは介さずにヒートシール性樹脂層が設けられて成る積層体。【選択図】 なし
