Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ruler that can contribute to causing a user such as a patient to appropriately recognize his or her abnormality in the visual field.SOLUTION: A ruler used for self-identification of an abnormality in the visual field in a user includes: a sheet body, a mark provided to the sheet body, which serves as a gazing point of the user, and a plurality of annular guide lines displayed at predetermined intervals, which are concentric with the mark being the center point.
