Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a base part.SOLUTION: A vibration motor comprises: a base part 12 spreading vertically to a central axis oriented in a vertical direction; a shaft; a coil part; a bearing part; a rotor holder; a magnet part; and an eccentric weight. The base part comprises: a base magnetic part 122 formed of a magnetic metal; a base nonmagnetic part 123 formed of a nonmagnetic metal, fixed to a marginal part of the base magnetic part, and spreading vertically to the vertical direction from the marginal part of the base magnetic part. The base magnetic part comprises a plurality of magnetic element parts 125 arranged in a circumferential direction at a position vertically opposed to the magnet part. The base nonmagnetic part comprises a plurality of nonmagnetic element parts arranged in the circumferential direction alternately with the plurality of magnetic element parts at a position vertically opposed to the magnet part. Except for a boundary part 120 between the base magnetic part and the base nonmagnetic part, the base magnetic part and the base nonmagnetic part are not overlapped with each other in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ベース部を薄型化する。【解決手段】振動モータは、上下方向を向く中心軸に対して垂直に広がるベース部12と、シャフトと、コイル部と、軸受部と、ロータホルダと、磁石部と、偏心錘と、を備える。前記ベース部が、磁性金属製のベース磁性部122と、前記ベース磁性部の縁部に固定され、前記ベース磁性部の前記縁部から上下方向に対して垂直に広がる非磁性金属製のベース非磁性部123と、を備える。前記ベース磁性部が、前記磁石部と上下方向に対向する位置にて周方向に配置される複数の磁性要素部125を備える。前記ベース非磁性部が、前記磁石部と上下方向に対向する位置にて前記複数の磁性要素部と交互に周方向に配置される複数の非磁性要素部を備える。前記ベース磁性部と前記ベース非磁性部との境界部120を除き、前記ベース磁性部と前記ベース非磁性部とが上下方向に非重複である。【選択図】図6 |
