PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to intuitively and simply instruct a vehicle's automatic operation.SOLUTION: In a drive assist device (10), an image output section (14a) outputs an image including an own vehicle object representing an own vehicle and a peripheral condition of the own vehicle to a display section (31). An operation signal input section (14b) receives user's operation to the own vehicle object in the image displayed on the display section (31). A command output section (14c) outputs a command corresponding to the received operation to a vehicle operation control section (20) which controls automatic operation.
