PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to intuitively and simply instruct a vehicle to overtake.SOLUTION: In a drive assist device (10), an image output section (14a) outputs an image including an own vehicle object representing an own vehicle and another vehicle object representing another vehicle in front of the own vehicle object to a display section (31). An operation signal input section (14b) receives user's operation to change a positional relation between the own vehicle object and the other vehicle object in the image displayed on the display section (31).
