Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of detecting a temperature in a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine while curbing an increase in a cost.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control device comprises a combustion pressure sensor. The combustion pressure sensor has: a pressure receiving section which is arranged in a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine and receives internal pressure thereof; a semiconductor element which changes a resistance value depending on distortion due to the internal pressure, applied to and transferred from the pressure receiving section, and a temperature thereof; and a detection circuit which is mounted with the semiconductor element and outputs electric power depending on pressure applied to the pressure receiving section and the temperature of the semiconductor element. When combustion pressure of the internal combustion engine is not applied to the pressure receiving section (S11: YES), the internal combustion engine control device calculates the temperature Ten of the combustion chamber on the basis of output voltage VO of the detection circuit (S12 and S13).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】コストアップを抑えつつ、内燃機関の燃焼室の温度を検出することのできる内燃機関の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】この装置は、燃焼圧センサを有する。燃焼圧センサは、内燃機関の燃焼室内に配置されて同燃焼室の内部圧力を受ける受圧部や、受圧部に加えられた内部圧力が伝達されてその伝達された内部圧力による歪みと自身の温度との双方に応じて抵抗値が変化する半導体素子、半導体素子を備えて受圧部に加えられた圧力と同半導体素子の温度とに応じた電力を出力する検出回路を有する。内燃機関の燃焼圧力が前記受圧部に作用していないときに(S11:YES)、検出回路の出力電圧VOに基づいて燃焼室温度Tenを算出する(S12、S13)。【選択図】図6
