PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thermoplastic resin film having a recessed portion having a coating applied over the whole inner surface of a fine recessed portion.SOLUTION: A method for producing a thermoplastic resin film can simply produce a thermoplastic resin film having a recessed portion subjected to coating treatment A by: with respect to a laminated structure formed by laminating at least a first layer containing a thermoplastic resin P1 having a melting point Tm1 and a second layer containing a thermoplastic resin P2 having a glass transition temperature Tg2, heating a metal mold having a projection structure thereon to a temperature of Tm1 or higher and Tg2 or higher; pushing the metal mold against the first layer side of the laminated structure to form a through hole on the first layer; forming a continuous recessed portion on the through hole in the second layer; then subjecting the laminated structure to coating treatment A; and then peeling the first layer from the second layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】微細凹部の内面全体にコーティングが施された凹部を有する熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの製造方法。【解決手段】融点Ｔｍ１を有する熱可塑性樹脂Ｐ１を含む第１の層、および、ガラス転移温度Ｔｇ２を有する熱可塑性樹脂Ｐ２を含む第２の層が少なくとも積層された積層構造体に対して、表面に突起構造を有する金型を、Ｔｍ１以上かつＴｇ２以上の温度まで加熱し、該積層構造体の第１の層側に押し当てることにより、第１の層に貫通孔を形成し、第２の層に前記貫通孔に連通する凹部を形成し、続いて、積層構造体にコーティング処理Ａを施し、さらにその後、前記第１の層を前記第２の層から剥離することにより、コーティング処理Ａを施された凹部を有する熱可塑性樹脂フィルムを簡便に製造することができる。【選択図】図１
