Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover materials to be recovered present at many points within a wide recovery object area such as a tank interior, a plant interior, or a scaffolding interior by effectively discharging the same outside of a recovery object area as in the case of recovering coating film scales or ground materials generated by the blast construction in a Petroleum tank.SOLUTION: This system has a main stream pipe 10 that combines a recovery object area interior 100 with a recovery object area exterior 200, a plurality of branch pipes 20 each of which keeps one end connected to the main stream pipe 10, and an ejector 30 provided halfway in the plurality of branch pipes 20 and is configured to make a confluent part 40 of the main stream pipe 10 with a branch pipe 20 generate swirl flows by inflows from the branch pipe 20, thereby getting materials to be recovered present at many points with a recovery object area 100 sucked from the other ends of the plurality of branch pipes 20 by suction force the ejector 30 generates, discharged to the recovery object area exterior 200 by way of the main stream pipe 10, and recovered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】石油タンク内のブラスト工事により発生する塗膜片や研削材等を回収する場合のように、タンク内、工場内、足場内といった広い回収対象エリア内の多点に存在する被回収物を、効率的に回収対象エリア外に排出して回収する。【解決手段】回収対象エリア内100と回収対象エリア外200とを結ぶ本流配管10と、一端が本流配管10に接続された複数の支流配管20と、複数の支流配管20の途中に設けられたエジェクター30とを有し、本流配管10と支流配管20との合流部40において、支流配管20からの流入により旋回流を発生させるように構成されており、エジェクター30が発生する吸引力により、回収対象エリア内100の多点に存在する被回収物を複数の支流配管20の他端から吸引し、本流配管10を経由して回収対象エリア外200に排出して回収する。【選択図】図1 |
