Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication method and a radio communication system that can suppress waste of a time resource at maximum while reducing conflict, suppress transmission delay of a terminal and reduce an influence caused by the difference in performance among terminals.SOLUTION: In a radio communication method in which a first radio station and plural second radio stations are connected and the first radio station controls the transmission timing of the second radio stations, the first radio station periodically transmits a transmission policy for designating a transmission-possible or transmission-prohibited radio station out of the plural second radio stations, and a notification signal for notifying a period (a period) during which transmission is prohibited. The second radio station has a first step of receiving the notification signal, comparing the communication state of its own station with the transmission policy, and determining whether transmission is possible or prohibited, and a second step in which a radio station determined as being transmission-possible with respect to the transmission policy performs transmission processing within the a period, and a radio station determined as being transmission-prohibited performs control to refrain from transmitting within the a period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】衝突を軽減しつつ、できる限り時間リソースの無駄を抑制し、端末の送信遅延を抑制し、端末の性能差による影響を軽減する。【解決手段】第1の無線局と複数の第2の無線局が接続され、第1の無線局が第2の無線局の送信タイミングを制御する無線通信方法において、第1の無線局は、複数の第2の無線局のうち送信可能または送信禁止の無線局を指定する送信ポリシーと、送信禁止となる期間(a期間)を通知する通知信号を定期的に送信するステップを有し、第2の無線局は、通知信号を受信し、自局の通信状態と送信ポリシーとを比較し、送信可能または送信禁止を判定する第1のステップと、送信ポリシーに対して送信可能と判定した無線局はa期間内に送信処理を行い、送信禁止と判定した無線局はa期間内に送信を控える制御を行う第2のステップとを有する。【選択図】 図3
