Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact phased array antenna device which transmits an electromagnetic wave in an arbitrary direction.SOLUTION: The phased array antenna includes: a plurality of antennas 1; a plurality of magnetic oscillation element parts 2 each including a magnetic oscillation element; and modulation means 6 which modulates the magnitude of the electric energy input from the outside to output the modulated electric energy to each of plurality of magnetic oscillation element units 2, and mutually differentiates the phases of high frequency AC power converted from electric energy by two magnetic oscillation element parts 2-1, 2-2, by differentiating, in a predetermined period, an electric energy to be output to at least the two magnetic oscillation element parts 2. The antenna 1 transmits an electromagnetic wave to the external space of the magnetic oscillation element units 2, by receiving the supply of the high frequency AC power converted from the electric energy by the magnetic oscillation element units 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】任意の方向に電磁波を発信するフェーズドアレイアンテナ装置を小型化する。【解決手段】複数のアンテナ1と、磁性発振素子を含む複数の磁性発振素子部2と、外部から入力された電気的エネルギーの大きさを変調し、変調した電気的エネルギーを複数の磁性発振素子部2それぞれへ出力するとともに、所定の期間において、少なくとも2つの磁性発振素子部2へ出力する電気的エネルギーの大きさに差を設けることにより、2つの磁性発振素子部2−1、2−2により電気的エネルギーから変換される高周波電力の位相を、互いに異なるものとする変調手段6と、を備え、アンテナ1は、磁性発振素子部2により電気的エネルギーから変換された高周波電力が供給されることにより、磁性発振素子部2の外部の空間へ電磁波を発信する。【選択図】図1
