PURPOSE: To provide a device that can transcribe a circuit schematic printed by a copier or a printer into a raw substrate easily and at low costs.CONSTITUTION: The transcription device as described in claim 1 for transcribing a pattern such as a circuit schematic printed by a copier or a printer into a raw substrate is constituted of a pair of plate materials, a heat-proof bag with waterproofness having an opening part and a fixing member for fixing the plate materials to each other. The invention as described in claim 2 is constituted in a form in which the transcription device as described in claim 1 further comprises a spacer to be interposed between the pair of plate materials and a cushion material for sandwiching the pattern and the raw substrate.
