Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for producing ceramic materials, in particular fireproof materials with reduced specific weight, in particular a method for producing light, refractory materials having non-contiguous pores based on shaped and unshaped materials.SOLUTION: A method is based on the generation of spherical, closed and insulated pores in the material structure. The pores are generated with a pore diameter adjustable in a targeted manner using polymer particles, in particular polymethacrylates, in particular polymers and/or copolymers produced by means of suspension polymerization as a combustible shaping means. The polymers and/or copolymers are spherical with a defined diameter. The introduction of insulated spherical pores enables ceramic materials to be produced with a partially significantly reduced specific weight and improved resistance to corrosion and better mechanical stability when compared to the prior art.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】セラミック材料、特に少ない比重量を有する耐火性材料の新規製法、特に、本発明は成形及び未成形材料をベースとする非凝集孔を有する軽量の耐火性材料の製法。【解決手段】前記方法は、材料構造中に球状で閉じた及び断熱された孔を生じることに基づく。孔は、目標を定めた方法でポリマー粒子、特にポリメタクリレート、特に懸濁重合により製造されるポリマー及び/又はコポリマーを焼成成形媒体として使用して調節可能な孔径で生じる。前記ポリマー及び/又はコポリマーは定義付けられた直径を有する球状である。断熱された球状孔を挿入することは、従来技術と比べた場合に、セラミック材料を部分的に著しく減少した比重量で及び改善され耐腐食性及び良好な機械安定性を伴って製造可能にする。【選択図】図7 |
