PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injury determination device capable of more accurately estimating an incidence of injuries of an occupant by a collision of a vehicle, and taking appropriate measures according to the incidence of injuries.SOLUTION: An injury determination device includes: collision form discrimination means 30 for discriminating a collision form of a vehicle 1; a velocity sensor for detecting a difference in velocity before and after a collision of the vehicle; injury incidence estimation means 50 for estimating an incidence of injuries which is the probability of injuries occurring to an occupant by a collision of the vehicle based on the collision form of the vehicle discriminated by the collision form discrimination means 30 and a difference in velocity detected by the velocity sensor; a storage unit 40 in which measures to be taken according to the incidence of injuries are stored; measures selection means 60 for selecting measures corresponding to the injury incidence estimated by the injury incidence estimation means 50 from the storage unit 40; and a communication device 80 for notifying of the measures selected by the measures selection means 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】車両の衝突による乗員の傷害発生率をより高精度に推定し、傷害発生率に応じた適切な措置を可能とすることができる傷害判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両１の衝突形態を判別する衝突形態判別手段３０と、車両の衝突前後の速度差を検出する速度センサと、衝突形態判別手段３０により判別された車両の衝突形態、及び速度センサにより検出した速度差に基づいて、車両の衝突により乗員に傷害が発生する確率である傷害発生率を推定する傷害発生率推定手段５０と、傷害発生率に対応して取られるべき措置を記憶した記憶部４０と、記憶部４０から傷害発生率推定手段５０により推定された傷害発生率に対応する措置を選択する措置選択手段６０と、措置選択手段６０により選択された措置を通報する通信装置８０とを備える。【選択図】図２
