Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plate with frame by using a mold by integrally molding a resin frame in an edge part of a metal plate, with which the frame hardly falls off from the plate and deformation amount can be suppressed to be small even when deformation is generated in the plate edge part when integrally molding the frame with the plate.SOLUTION: A plate includes an uneven shape in its edge part for making it difficult for a frame to be fallen off. A mold includes a cavity part and a gate part. A plurality of the gate parts are provided at positions opposing to an edge part thickness face of the metal plate being set in the mold, which are positions corresponding to positions of recessed part of the uneven shape. 【課題】金属プレートの縁部に樹脂フレームを一体成形したフレーム付きプレートを金型を用いて製造する方法であって、プレートからフレームが脱落しにくく、しかもプレートにフレームを一体成形する際にプレート縁部に変形が発生しても変形量を少なく抑えることができる製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】プレートはその縁部に、フレームを脱落しにくくする凹凸形状を備える。金型は、キャビティ部およびゲート部を備える。ゲート部は、金型にセットした状態の金属プレートの縁部厚み面に対向する位置に設けられるとともに複数が設けられ、更に凹凸形状のうちの凹部の配置と合致する位置に配置される。前記金型を用いてフレーム付きプレートを製造する。【選択図】図4 |
