The main body portion 10 includes a short-circuited portion E1a which is electrically short-circuited with the conductor surface 3, an open end E1b located away from the short-circuited portion E1a in the longitudinal direction of the main body 10, and a conductive portion interposed between the open end E1b and the short-circuited portion E1a to configure a quarter wavelength resonator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
