PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encoding method capable of improving efficiency in encoding images in the case where the images are displayed adjacently so as to have spatial continuity, and an encoding program.SOLUTION: The encoding method is an encoding method in an encoding device and includes the steps of: acquiring an image subjected to encoding; determining scores in a plurality of regions determined in a row direction or a column direction in the image in accordance with a predetermined element; and rearranging the regions in accordance with whether it is a region of a relatively high score in the image when encoding the image into an intra-frame, and encoding the image in which the regions are rearranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】画像が空間的な連続性を持つよう隣接して表示される場合、画像の符号化の効率を向上させることが可能である符号化方法及び符号化プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】符号化方法は、符号化装置における符号化方法であって、符号化する対象の画像を取得するステップと、予め定められた要素に応じて、画像において行方向又は列方向に定められた複数の領域に評点を定めるステップと、画像がイントラフレームに符号化される場合、画像において評点が相対的に高い領域であるか否かに応じて領域を再配置し、領域が再配置された画像を符号化するステップとを有する。【選択図】図１
