Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure which suppresses a change of a relative clearance in a peripheral direction of a tooth face contact part accompanied by a change of a temperature even if using different kinds of materials which are different from each other in thermal expansion coefficients as materials of a first member and a second member.SOLUTION: A reduction case 1 in which inner teeth 6 are formed, and a ring gear 5 at which outer teeth 7 are formed are connected to each other by fitting teeth which are formed by gearing the inner teeth 6 and the outer teeth 7 to each other. In the fitting structure, when an angle which is formed of tooth face contact lines CLin, CLout formed in the whole of tooth shapes of the inner teeth 6 and the outer teeth 7 and a radius line RL is called as an action angle, an inside linear tooth face 6a and an outside linear tooth face 7a formed of radiation planes at which the action angle is zero degree are formed at both tooth faces of the inner teeth 6 and tooth faces of the outer teeth 7. The fitting structure has linear toot face engagement teeth 10 at which the inner teeth 6 and the outer teeth 7 contact with each other at tooth faces in a peripheral direction when the inner teeth 6 and the outer teeth 7 are geared with each other over the whole periphery, and has radial clearances t1, t2 between the inner teeth 6 and the outer teeth 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】第1部材と第2部材の材料として熱膨張率が異なる異種材料を使用しても、温度変化に伴う歯面接触部の周方向相対隙間の変化を抑制する嵌合構造を提供すること。【解決手段】内歯6が形成された減速機ケース1と、外歯7が形成されたリングギア5を、内歯6と外歯7を噛み合わせた嵌合歯により連結する。この嵌合構造において、内歯6と外歯7の歯型形状全体の中で有するそれぞれの歯面接触線CLin,CLoutと半径線RLとのなす角度を作用角というとき、内歯6の歯面と外歯7の歯面の双方に、作用角が0度の放射平面による内歯側直線歯面6aと外歯側直線歯面7aを形成する。内歯6と外歯7を全周にわたって噛み合わせたとき、内歯6と外歯7が周方向に歯面接触する直線歯面嵌合歯10を有するとともに、内歯6と外歯7の間に径方向隙間t1,t2を設ける。【選択図】図2
