PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method useful for obtaining a resin particle excellent in electrical characteristics, thermal characteristics and chemical stability and having uniform particle size and the resin particle excellent in electrical characteristics, thermal characteristics and chemical stability and having uniform particle size.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a resin particle (A) by removing an aqueous medium and a solvent from an aqueous dispersion (D11) obtained by forming a resin particle (A0) consisting of a resin (a) in the aqueous medium, which is dispersed in the aqueous medium, by dispersing the resin (a) or a solvent solution thereof in the aqueous medium in the presence of sulfonate (S) having the molecular weight of 250 or less and an anionic surfactant (X) other than (S) and/or an aqueous dispersion (D12) obtained by forming the resin particle (A0) containing the resin (a) in the aqueous medium by reacting a precursor (a0) of the resin (a) after dispersing the precursor (a0) or the solvent solution thereof in the aqueous medium in the presence of sulfonate (S) having the molecular weight of 250 or less and the anionic surfactant (X) other than (S).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 電気的特性、熱的特性及び化学的安定性等の性能に優れる粒径が均一である樹脂粒子を得るのに有用な製造方法および電気的特性、熱的特性及び化学的安定性等の性能に優れる粒径が均一である樹脂粒子を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】樹脂（ａ）若しくはその溶剤溶液を分子量が２５０以下のスルホン酸塩（Ｓ）及び（Ｓ）以外のアニオン性界面活性剤（Ｘ）の存在下に水系媒体に分散させて、水系媒体中に分散させて水系媒体中に樹脂（ａ）を含んでなる樹脂粒子（Ａ０）を形成させて得られた水系分散体（Ｄ１１）並びに／又は樹脂（ａ）の前駆体（ａ０）若しくはその溶剤溶液を分子量が２５０以下のスルホン酸塩（Ｓ）及び（Ｓ）以外のアニオン性界面活性剤（Ｘ）の存在下に水系媒体に分散させた後、前駆体（ａ０）を反応させて水系媒体中に樹脂（ａ）を含んでなる樹脂粒子（Ａ０）を形成させて得られた水系分散体（Ｄ１２）から水系媒体及び溶剤を除去してなる樹脂粒子（Ａ）の製造方法。【選択図】 なし
