Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefaction device capable of liquefying continuously, a waste plastic containing a large amount of residues.SOLUTION: An extruder 4 performs solation of a waste plastic, the molten plastic is sent into vaporization pots 1, 1 through a double pipe 5 for backflow prevention, a buffer tank 6 and a distribution cylinder 7 for generating plastic gas, the residues generated in the vaporization pot 1 is continuously discharged from residual clusters 30, 50, 60 disposed on a lower face of the vaporization pot 1 by providing lead screws 35, 52 and inclined cylinders 36, 51 which are upward inclined in an axial direction or a lateral direction of the vaporization pot 1, thereby allowing continuous liquefaction of the waste plastic containing a large amount of residues, such as a composite film or a bumper of a car.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】残渣を多く含む廃プラスチックの連続油化を可能とする油化装置を提供する。【解決手段】押出機4で廃プラスチックをゾル化し、この溶融プラスチックを逆流防止用の二重管5、バッファタンク6及び分配筒7を介して蒸発釜1、1内に送ってプラスチックガスを生成し、蒸発釜1内で生じた残渣を蒸発釜1の下面に設けた残渣集合体30、50、60から蒸発釜1の軸方向又は横方向に上方に傾斜してリードスクリュー35、52及び傾斜筒36、51を設けて残渣を連続的に排出し、これにより複合フィルム、自動車のバンパ等残渣の多い廃プラスチックの連続油化を可能とする。【選択図】図1
