Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inhibitors of increase and decrease of viscosity in hyaluronic acid-containing aqueous formulations.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an inhibitor of increase and decrease of viscosity in hyaluronic acid-containing aqueous formulations which contain 0.001-0.5% by weight of hyaluronic acid, the inhibitor containing 0.5-2% by weight of boric acid as a free acid. Thereby, the viscosity after days passed is kept higher than the viscosity of the boric-acid free aqueous formulation. Preferably the boric acid is contained in the amount of 0.5-2% by weight as a free acid. Preferably the hyaluronic acid is sodium salt. Preferably the aqueous formulation has pH 5-7.5.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ヒアルロン酸含有水性製剤の増粘及び粘度低下抑制剤を提供する。【解決手段】遊離酸として0.5〜2重量%のホウ酸を配合してなる、ヒアルロン酸を0.001〜0.5重量%含有するヒアルロン酸含有水性製剤の増粘及び粘度低下抑制剤を提供する。それにより、経日後の粘度が、ホウ酸不含の前記水性製剤の粘度よりも高く保たれる。前記ホウ酸は遊離酸として0.5〜2重量%配合されることが好ましい。前記ヒアルロン酸はナトリウム塩であることが好ましい。前記水性製剤のpHは5〜7.5であることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
