Summary: | PURPOSE: To provide an aluminum alloy brazing sheet capable of achieving an excellent brazing performance by quickly supplying Bi and Mg into a brazing material while heating the brazing material to elute these elements into the molten brazing material after the brazing material starts melting to effectively weaken an oxide film on a surface of the brazing material.CONSTITUTION: A brazing sheet is formed by cladding following components: a brazing material containing 6 to 13% of Si, a balance Al and inevitable impurities; a core material containing pure aluminum or aluminum alloy, with one or both surface thereof provided with the brazing material; and an intermediate material containing 0.01 to 1.5% of Bi, 1.5 to 13% of Si, a balance Al and inevitable impurities, and included between the core material and the brazing material, with 2 to 35% of thickness of the brazing material. The brazing sheet is used for brazing aluminum without using flux in an inert gas atmosphere or in vacuum. In addition, one or both of the intermediate material and the core material contain 0.4 to 6% of Mg.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【目的】ろう付け加熱中にBiおよびMgをろう材中に速やかに供給して、ろう材溶融開始後にこれらの元素を溶融ろう中に溶出させ、ろう材表面の酸化皮膜を効果的に脆弱化することによって優れたろう付け性を達成することを可能とするアルミニウム合金ブレージングシートを提供する。【構成】純アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金の心材の片面または両面に、Si:6〜13%を含有し、残部Alおよび不可避的不純物からなるろう材を配し、心材とろう材の間に、Bi:0.01〜1.5%、Si:1.5〜13%を含有し、残部Alおよび不可避的不純物からなる中間材を介在させ、中間材の厚さをろう材の厚さの2〜35%としてクラッドしてなり、不活性ガス雰囲気中または真空中でフラックスを使用することなしにアルミニウムをろう付けするために用いるブレージングシートであって、中間材、心材のいずれか一方または両方がMg:0.4〜6%を含有することを特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
