Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect abnormality in lung ventilatory function and cardiac function using a concentration change and morphological change in a site included in a kinetic image.SOLUTION: According to a diagnosis console 3, a control section 31: calculates a feature amount related to a concentration change in one site in the chest among a plurality of frame images of a chest kinetic image transmitted from an imaging console 2; calculates a feature amount related to morphological change in one site or another side in the chest among the multiple frame images for use in the calculation of the feature amount related to the concentration change; and calculates a feature amount related to lung ventilatory function or cardiac function on the basis of a ratio of the calculated feature amount related to the concentration change to the feature amount related to the morphological change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16 【課題】動態画像に含まれる部位の濃度変化と形態変化を用いて肺換気機能や心機能の異常を検出できるようにする。【解決手段】診断用コンソール3によれば、制御部31は、撮影用コンソール2により送信された胸部の動態画像の複数のフレーム画像間における胸部内の一の部位の濃度変化に係る特徴量を算出し、濃度変化に係る特徴量の算出に用いた複数のフレーム画像間における胸部内の一の部位又は他の部位の形態変化に係る特徴量を算出し、算出した濃度変化に係る特徴量と形態変化に係る特徴量の比に基づいて、肺換気機能又は心機能に係る特徴量を算出する。【選択図】図16
