Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage non-linear resistor porcelain that can achieve an excellent varistor characteristic, and is usable for a component such as an on-vehicle component or the like to which high moisture resistance is required.SOLUTION: A voltage non-linear resistor porcelain contains oxide of Zn, oxide of Co, oxide of R (specific rare earth), oxide of Cr, oxide of M1 (Ca, Sr), oxide of M2 (Al, Ga, In), and strontium titanate. The content of oxide of Zn is equal to 100 parts by mol, the content of oxide of Co ranges from 0.30 to 10 parts by mol, the content of oxide of R ranges from 0.10 to 10 parts by mol, the content of oxide of Cr ranges from 0.01 To 2 parts by mol, the content of oxide of M1 ranges from 0.10 to 5 parts by mol, the content of oxide of M2 ranges from 0.0005 to 5 parts by mol and the content of strontium titanate ranges from 0.10 to 5 parts by mol. When the content of oxide of Sr is set to α parts by mol and the content of barium titanate is set to β parts by mol, β≤0.10 and/or α×β≤0.18 is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】良好なバリスタ特性を得ることができ、さらに、車載部品等の高い耐湿性が求められる部品にも用いることができる電圧非直線性抵抗体磁器を提供する。【解決手段】 Znの酸化物、Coの酸化物、R(特定の希土類)の酸化物、Crの酸化物、M1(Ca、Sr)の酸化物、M2(Al、Ga、In)の酸化物、およびチタン酸ストロンチウムを含有する電圧非直線性抵抗体磁器である。Znの酸化物の含有量を100モル部として、Coの酸化物の含有量が0.30〜10モル部、Rの酸化物の含有量が0.10〜10モル部、Crの酸化物の含有量が0.01〜2モル部、M1の酸化物の含有量が0.10〜5モル部、M2の酸化物の含有量が0.0005〜5モル部、チタン酸ストロンチウムの含有量が0.10〜5モル部である。Srの酸化物の含有量をαモル部、チタン酸バリウムの含有量をβモル部とした場合に、β≦0.10および/またはα×β≦0.18を満たす。【選択図】なし
