Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a damper device which can differentiate a magnitude of friction resistance torque according to, for example, a magnitude of torsion between a first rotating member and a second rotating member, and is smaller in the number of part items.SOLUTION: This damper device 100 comprises: a first slide member 5 which is integrally arranged at, for example, a first rotating member 1 so as to be rotatable, and has first hanging parts 53, 54; and a second slide member 6 which has a second hanging part 62 hung with the first hanging parts 53, 54 in a peripheral direction of a rotating shaft Ax, slides with a second rotating member 2 while integrally rotating together with the first slide member 5 and the first rotating member 1 in a state that the first hanging parts 53, 54 and the second hanging part 62 are hung with respect to each other in the peripheral direction, and slides with the first slide member 5 while integrally rotating together with the second rotating member 2 in a state that the first hanging parts 53, 54 and the second hanging part 62 are separated from each other in the peripheral direction.
