Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar thermal power generation system and a solar thermal power generation method capable of reducing the construction cost by simplifying a heat storage radiation system while trying to make effective use of collected solar heat.SOLUTION: A present system comprises: a solar heat collection system 1 generating superheated-steam with solar heat; a main power generation system 2 generating power with a part of the superheated-steam generated by the solar heat collection system; a solar heat accumulation radiation system 3 collecting the heat or radiating the heat of a heat storage medium; and a sub power generation system 4 generating power with saturated-steam generated by the heat collecting or heat radiating of the solar heat accumulation radiation system, in which the solar heat accumulation radiation system includes: a heat storage heater 52 which performs heat-exchange of the residue of the superheated-steam generated by the solar heat collection system with the heat storage medium so as to accumulate heat in the heat storage medium and generate saturated steam; a low temperature tank 51 accommodating the heat storage medium to be supplied to the heat storage heater; and a high temperature tank 50 accommodating the heat storage medium accumulated heat in the heat storage heater, and the sub power generation system includes a saturation steam turbine 70 capable of introducing saturated steam of the heat storage heater 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】集熱した太陽熱の有効利用を図りつつ、蓄熱放熱システムを簡素化して建設コストを低減できる太陽熱発電システム及び太陽熱発電方法を提供する。【解決手段】本システムは、太陽熱により過熱蒸気を生成する太陽熱集熱システム1、太陽熱集熱システムで生成した過熱蒸気の一部で発電する主発電システム2、蓄熱媒体の蓄熱又は放熱を行う太陽熱蓄熱放熱システム3、太陽熱蓄熱放熱システムの蓄熱又は放熱により生成した飽和蒸気で発電する副発電システム4を備え、太陽熱蓄熱放熱システムは、太陽熱集熱システムで生成した過熱蒸気の残りと蓄熱媒体の熱交換を行い、蓄熱媒体に蓄熱させると共に飽和蒸気を生成する蓄熱加熱器52、蓄熱加熱器へ供給する蓄熱媒体を収容する低温タンク51、蓄熱加熱器で蓄熱した蓄熱媒体を収容する高温タンク50を有し、副発電システムは、蓄熱加熱器52の飽和蒸気の導入が可能な飽和蒸気タービン70を有する。【選択図】 図2
