(A) An oligomer ester composed of a divalent carboxylic acid and a polyglycerin having an average polymerization degree of 2 to 15. (B) One or more phospholipid derivatives selected from a hydroxylated phospholipid and a lysophospholipid. (C)Saccharides in which the number of constitutive sugars is 1 to 6.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】透明性が良好で、高温及び低温安定性に優れ、塗布後の保湿効果の持続性が良好であり、べたつきや刺激がなく、肌馴染みの良い、使用感にも優れた透明性化粧料の提供。【解決手段】（Ａ）〜成分（Ｃ）を含有し、成分（Ａ）と成分（Ｃ）の質量比（（Ａ）／（Ｃ））が、０．００５〜０．８である透明性化粧料。（Ａ）二価カルボン酸と平均重合度２〜１５のポリグリセリンから構成されるオリゴマーエステル（Ｂ）水酸化リン脂質及びリゾリン脂質から選択される１種以上のリン脂質誘導体（Ｃ）構成糖の数が１〜６の糖類【選択図】なし
