PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool and a work-part discharging method, for simply assorting a work-part when processing a work in the machine tool.SOLUTION: A machine tool 1 comprises a first moving device 3 for moving a work 2 in the first direction X, two work support surfaces 4a and 4b for supporting the work, a clearance 7 formed between these work support surfaces and suitably extending along the second direction Y vertical to the first direction X and a second moving device 8 for moving a press tool 9 in the second direction, and the press tool comprises two tool components 9a and 9b capable of relative motion along the stroke direction Z for punching-processing and/or deformation-processing the work in the clearance, and a storage device 12 capable of travelling in the clearance in the second direction is also provided for temporarily storing at least one work-part 2a formed when punching-processing and/or deformation-processing the work 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】工作機械におけるワーク加工中のワークパーツの仕分けを簡単にする、工作機械及びワークパーツを排出する方法を提供する。【解決手段】工作機械１は、第１の方向Ｘにワーク２を移動させる第１の移動装置３と、ワークを支持する２つのワーク支持面４ａ，４ｂと、これらのワーク支持面間に形成された、好適には第１の方向Ｘに対して垂直な第２の方向Ｙに沿って延在する間隙７と、第２の方向にプレス工具９を移動させる第２の移動装置８とを有しており、プレス工具は、間隙内でワークを打ち抜き加工及び／又は変形加工するために、行程方向Ｚに沿って相対運動可能な２つの工具コンポーネント９ａ，９ｂを有しており、更に、第２の方向に間隙内を走行可能な収容装置１２が、ワーク２の打ち抜き加工及び／又は変形加工に際して形成される少なくとも１つのワークパーツ２ａを一時保管するために設けられている。【選択図】図１
