Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a harmonic processing circuit capable of improving a reflection amplitude of harmonics and improving efficiency in a transistor.SOLUTION: A harmonic processing circuit includes an open ended stub 17 which forms a short circuiting point with respect to the n-th harmonic of a high frequency signal flowing through a main line 16. A via 18 is configured so as to connect the open ended stub 17 and the main line 16 at a position shifted from a center 16e of the main line 16 in a line width direction. Therefore, it is possible to improve a reflection amplitude of the n-th harmonic and to improve efficiency in a transistor 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】高調波の反射振幅を高めて、トランジスタの効率を高めることができる高調波処理回路を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】主線路16を流れる高周波信号のn次の高調波に対して短絡点を形成する先端開放スタブ17を備え、ビア18が、主線路16における線路幅方向の中心16eからずれている位置で、先端開放スタブ17と主線路16を接続するように構成する。これにより、n次の高調波の反射振幅を高めて、トランジスタ1の効率を高めることができる。【選択図】図3
