PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device capable of suppressing the reduction in performance of an optical element due to foreign matter by protecting an effective area of the optical element from the foreign matter.SOLUTION: An optical device 10 is constituted of a substrate 2 on which an optical element is mounted.
